We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the apartment, just a short walk from the historic center. The neighborhood might not be posh, but there is a supermarket and several good dining options nearby. The room itself was spacious and well furnished, providing us with a comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and even gave us recommendations for places to eat. I highly recommend Casa Palacio De Los Sitios for a pleasant stay in Zaragoza.

The 7 person apartment is huge for even 6 people. Modern with a great terrace! The staff had to be the nicest people in all of Spain. They even shipped a passport to our next city when it was left behind. Location was great. I would give this hotel 4 stars.

We stayed at a hotel in a great area in the center of the city. It was quite close to the city center, making it convenient to explore. the location in regard to the old city center was also perfect, allowing us to take a nice round walk through the old city. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with some even having balconies and nice views.
There were no hangers or hooks by the entrance of the hotel. This made it difficult for us to leave our coats and bags, as we had nothing to hang them on.

Central location, very friendly staff, modern interior of apartment. A bottle of wine as welcome present. Parking available (at cost)
At arrival 15.30 we had to telephone staff as nobody was present at hotel desk. We had the upper apartment and the wireless internet did not function, signal was reported too weak and/or router settings were wrong,The bed room cupboards had no horizontal planks or drawers to put cloth. As it was very hot in Zaragossa we were glad that the air conditioner functioned well on arrival. However to control the air conditioner was next to impossible due to the small and illegible control panel. There was no room safe.

The building's original facade is a stunning reminder of its historical elegance. Inside, the apartments are well-equipped and spacious, making you feel right at home. During my stay, I had the pleasure of attending a free jazz concert in Zaragoza, thanks to the complimentary tickets provided by the hotel. It was a memorable experience, filled with beautiful melodies and lively performances. The location of Casa Palacio De Los Sitios is also perfect - just a short walk away from the city's basilica and Plaza del Pilar. From there, I had easy access to all the attractions and activities that Zaragoza had to offer.
Small cleanliness issue.

Very friendly staff, apartment was functional and clean and as advertised, not too far from the parts of the city we wanted to see. Parking was a few blocks away but safe and they did not charge extra after we checked out and walked around the city until late in the afternoon.

We had a really really nice stay in Zaragoza near the main square of the Basilica, the major sites, supermarkets and places to eat and the best bakery in town. The staff were knowledgeable, truly enjoyed them all. It was perfect somewhere so close to everything that you want to see. Nothing to complain about, didn't want to leave.

The apartments were fantastic, well-appointed, and spacious. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center.- The reception staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable information, recommendations, and addressing any issues promptly.
The interior of the building and the decor were a bit bland and lacked character. The apartment had limited natural light, which made it feel a bit dark.
